What side effects are you having? How long have you been taking them?

I started Citalopram 2 years ago, the first month was tough but after that I started to feel better. For the nausea I used crystalised ginger, you can get it at the baking aisle in tesco. Maybe try some CBD for any sleep issues. I don't get side effects unless I miss a dose.

I find taking it in the morning means I don’t get sleep issues.
