After so much trauma, so much sadness, so much stress and so many demands which have no prospect of ending anytime soon. I'm so exhausted in every way. It's been so long my friends are fewer and my optimism is on the floor. My dcs are now on school holidays and it's too much. I just can't keep going.

Hello. Hugs to you.
I have no kids and no life and see absolutely no point to anything, so I’m no help.
Where are you going on holiday?
I HATE packing, by the way.

Are you going away today or tomorrow?

Let the kids have screen time for as long as you need some time for you. It won't do them any harm.

colouring how are you feeling now ? Is the camping something you have to do ? Have you started any planning ? Have you been camping in the past ?
Hope you are feeling a bit better Smile

I feel like I just want to hide away on my own. dd ASD v needy. ds additional needs too. So so exhausted. friend dragged me out for a walk which has killed a couple of hours. wish someone could look after me for a change x

That’s a lot to deal with on your own. Are the children spending any time with their dad over the holidays and you can have some you time ?

I know what you mean when you say it would be nice to have someone look after you for a change..
I’m a single mum to and it can at times be relentless, do you get any time just for you ? I find that even an hour reading in bed can be a little pick me up x
