Due to start taking this today at 50mg prolonged release, wondering if anyone else takes it and which time around is ideal to take? I asked gp who said it can be taken anytime, but have read it can make you sedated Although not sure if that is just the instant release ones that are sedating. I already take mirtazapine at night usually between 9 and 10pm not sure if I should take it before or at same time? If anyone could share their experiences with it I would be grateful.

I'm an RNMH and I tend to give it at night, you can take it with the mirtazapine :)

Thank you, I decided tonight to take it about 8pm which I did and have now not long taken my mirtazapine. Tomorrow night I will probably just take both at same time.
