Citlopram to mirtapizine

Has anyone changed from citlopram to mirtapizine and if so did you feel better have any side effects ... I’m
Seriously struggling with anxiety and now have lost my desire to do much and I can’t sleep . Dr thinks this may be better but I’m scared of feeling worse .. any advice would be great xxx

I changed from citalopram - I was convinced it was making my symptoms worse. Like you, I had stopped sleeping and I found Mirtazapine at 15mg instantly helped with that, just take it at bedtime and go out like a light!

Probably is worth trying if you are getting worse on citalopram. Good luck
