As it says, I'm on maximum medication and can't change that right now. On waiting list for talking therapies. What can I try now? I walk lots and take a probiotic and vitamins otherwise diet is pretty shit (meds make me eat and I can't be bothered to cook often). Willing to try most things. Sick of feeling like shit with depression and anxiety now. Just want my life back.
