Ok no worries, I was just confused as you posted in Mental Health.

Many years ago I found out I was pregnant because horrible morning/all day sickness started at about 6 weeks. Mine was so bad that I had an abortion (this was 20 years ago) just to stop throwing up constantly. Sad

Unfortunately you could be in for a very bumpy ride if you're already having severe nausea. Hopefully someone will come along with some up to date advice. I had my DS a couple of years ago and had no sickness at all so I don't know what could actually help you.

Mine started with all three pregnancies as a sign to go test. I called it 'awake' sickness. It ended 3 hours after each birth. I rarely actually threw up, just felt sick all the time. Certain foods will help but it's different for everyone. Take comfort in that morning 'awake' sickness is a sign that your baby is alive and growing well! Good luck! I hated being pregnant but absolutely love babies!
