I suffer from anxiety and for the past few days I've been feeling constantly sick, like I'm going to actually BE sick or need the bathroom.

Is this "normal" for anxiety?

Short answer-yes.
It’s linked to your fight/flight/freeze response.

Completely normal. It's one step beyond butterflies in the tummy.

Yes, unfortunately it is. I can usually cope by telling myself it’s just my anxiety and try to get through by doing my coping methods. Which include keeping busy, movement like braiding my hair, walking around etc. I do braiding hair if I’m stuck sitting. Sips of water, talking to distract or just thinking of other things if it needs to be quiet.
