Staying positive

Does anyone have any tips on how to stay positive when you’re feeling really anxious?

I'm trying to be in a more positive mind set since my therapy session Tuesday, dont get me wrong it's hard at times especially when you are in the midst of anxiety. I've been listening to affirmations and meditation on YouTube before getting up in the mornings and whenever I get chance really. Also write yourself gratitude list. Another good meditation app I found was insight timer. Hope this helps x

At bedtime every night I try to think of three good things that have happened that day, however small. It helps me put in to perspective that amidst all the negative things, life can still be good x
