Is this normal?

Hello, I have recently been prescribed sertraline for anxiety, took my first one yesterday and feel shaky and a bit odd/spaced out like I've had a few vodka's. Just wanted to know if this is normal and also how long does it take until I feel my anxiety getting better

I have been offered sertraline but haven't taken it yet.... feeling a bit nervous about the first week. I chatted to a good friend who said she felt really spaced out on it in the first week and had awful insomnia but after a week it passed and it's been the best thing she's done.
