Me too. It’s draining and exhausting. Why can’t we be normal folk eh?!

TheoriginalLEM · 31/05/2019 23:58

Buzztwo · 01/06/2019 00:03

The future, you?

Buzztwo · 01/06/2019 00:05

I was told years ago that everything would go wrong by palm reader... even though I think rationally that it’s a load of bolllocks, it’s set in my thinking. I’m expecting the worst. Anxiety is shocking

Me. I've had a panic attack all day. I have a lot of things going on and waiting for counselling, but the panic attacks are upsetting and exhausting.

Just some health stuff. Had a bit of a shock diagnosis, and now in limbo waiting for results. Sad. I thought 2019 was going to be my year with finishing my counselling last year , now currently on the list again. What is causing yours at the moment are you having any cbt or counselling??

Relaxing2 · 10/06/2019 13:53
