My life has been rubbish for the last year, facing past trauma, admission to hospital and subsequent being under all services.

My problem is at the minute every single dream I have is telling me to kill my self. I’m going to phone my CPN tomorrow as I’m struggling not to listen to them

Oh my love I'm so sorry, you're not alone. I dont know you but I want you to be safe and not hurt yourself, can you try to listen to some ASMR stuff on YouTube overnight and then call them first thing?

I thought the ASMR thing was bullshit until I listened to one and slept like a baby and had nice dreams instead of horrid ones for the first time in ages.

Can you set up camp for the night really really cosy with blankets and cushions so you feel nice and comfy? Sorry I know it's shit feeling this way
