Oh poor you. It's so hard isn't it.

I suffer really badly with anxiety. I've found yoga helps a bit (I'm not an alternative therapy sort of person and I was very surprised by this).

There's also an app called headspace. You can get a free trial of it and if you like it join anxietyuk for £30 a year and you get it free.

I find that I have really bad anxiety spikes and when I'm in the middle of them I feel like they will never end.

I've also suffered panic attacks in the past and they're horrible.

Ironically I'm too scared to try medication but I've read lots of people saying they took time to work and made them feel worse before they felt a bit better.

Have you ever tried therapy. Your GP could tell you how you would go about getting a referral.

Sorry not to be much help but I just wanted you to know that you're not alone x

Hey op,

Fellow anxiety sufferer here but feeling strong at the moment. just wanted to say I hope it passes soon and it will pass. Make sure you try and focus on things you enjoy, however small they feel they do help. Also try and think through your thoughts (ugh I know like we don't think enough already?) And see if they are rational or irrational. Also I find regular massages help. Treat yourself :)
