Hey Everyone
I have been asked to do a reading at my nieces wedding which I am so honoured .... and terrified! I’m thinking of taking some Kalms in the run up to the big day has anyone had much success with these? Or have any other suggestions at all? I do occasionally suffer with panic attacks which are flaring every time I think of doing this reading but it's so important to me that I do it. Any advice greatly appreciated x
Thanks

They don't work right away, at least not for me. I was taking them for almost a week before I felt any benefit and even then it was minimal.

I found Kalms had the opposite affect on me! I like Bach rescue remedy if I want to take the edge off my nerves

Kalms don't have an instant effect but you could take for a week or so up to the event. Rescue remedy is great - got me through my driving test the second time round! I'd get some of that in too and use it just before it all starts on the day. Good luck (sure you'll be fine and I'm sure your niece will be so pleased you did it for her)

Kalms do work for me however not straight away as others have said. After a few days/a week I feel the effect of them
