So not sure if this fits here or elsewhere.

But I have been getting very stressed and general unhappy and upset with lots of things. So last Friday I turned the tv off at 8pm. And not put it back on yet, I’m going to try for a full week.

I feel so much better for it.

I have allowed myself to watch news items online and work related YouTube videos apart from that it’s twitter or Facebook
