I stopped taking it in December last year as I had terrible morning sickness and couldn't keep it down anyway, and I've never gone back on it because I'm hoping for a home birth and I don't like the idea of the baby potentially having withdrawal symptoms after the birth. I'm 31 weeks now.
But I'm struggling so much. My anxiety is spiralling loads. Just sitting crying now, stopping occasionally to shout at one of my other children.
Even small things are setting my anxiety off. I miss Sertraline and wine helping me to not give a fuck :(
