Finding things hard

Off work with anxiety and depression. Its really hard. I have done lots of healthy things - changed diet, started vitamins. I am trying to plan things to do but no one is really around this week. I am finding it hard to leave the house. I am lonely and now feel upset because I feel like I am in a lonely place. Does anyone else understand what's its like when you can't plan stuff and everything feels mammoth? I was doing well but today is not a good day.

Sorry it’s tough right now. Flowers How often do you leave the house? Some sunshine & fresh air can help a bit.

Thank you on your suggestion I have chucked on clothes and sitting outside in sun with book to see if it shakes me up.

It really sounds like you’re trying to take good care of yourself. Have you considered asking your doctor about medication or counseling?

Are there any plants flowering near you? Any interesting architecture? Any little children walking in every puddle as they go by? Smile

Thinking of you- how is your weekend going?

Yes I do! I am off work & I feel so lonely when I am at home & the children are at nursery. My husband keeps saying meet a friend but most are working so it’s just me on my own, getting panicky & worked up about the situation. When I have the children with me I also feel panicky as I feel I can’t manage them & can’t do it anymore. I’ve been on the verge of panic attacks. Xx
