Hi
Just wondering if any one had been on sertraline?
I've been on them from maybe 5-6 years.. but for the last 4 weeks had really bad anxiety and panic episodes.
If anyone has been on them for how long, and did they eventually stop working for you?

I've only been on it for a few months and it's been up and down. I have noticed that if I'm not eating properly that makes a huge difference. I did read ADs can deplete nutrients so it might be worth a blood test to check nothing amiss like b or d levels, thyroid etc. I have also been taking some extra vitamins.
