hello all
I have been having some problems with anxiety and catastrophising etc.
I was wondering if anyone knows of any kind of daily notebooks etc with all the usual questions set out for you. I'm in that mental space where making my own feels - too stressful!!
I almost considered going for some kind of therapy but realised what I'm missing is structure and so on, so some kind of journal that I can start and end the day with - as opposed to random musings in my diary - might help.
if anyone has any recommendations, please let me know. Thanks.
