Anybody had side effects taking Prozac?

I have been prescribed Prozac. Been taking them for 5 days now and get headaches that I did not have before. I'm not as tearful, but my reactions now are so slow. Sometimes I feel very distant from real life. Is this normal?

I felt rather spaced out. Takes a while for that to settle down, but it did improve. 5 days is still early.

I was taking them a few years ago...the distand feeling is quite normal and will pass in a couple of weeks. As Chopster said, 5 days is still early and your body is still getting used to them. It will pass
