Hi all. I have suffered with some bouts of extreme anxiety in the past due to an episode of PTSD.
I do manage it most of the time but have bad days.
Today I'm really unsettled. I know no one can take it away and no doubt I'll just carry on as usual but if anyone is up can you say hi. Thanks

Hello, l'm impressed that you can carry on as usual. I have a friend with anxiety who gets things done in spite of it, she says she has to push herself, and l admire her for that. Last year l became depressed and anxious, and just sat in the house all the time, not like you and my friend. I am very much better now due in part to medication, thank goodness.

While l was unwell my daughter sent me a card which said "This card certainly isnt going to make things better, but just know I'm here for you. Sending so much love and cuddles your way." And I'm passing the message on to you. Brew Brew

That's really sweet of you Silvery thankyou.
I do carry on though have not always been able to do everything I've wanted during extreme anxiety.
