St John's Wort has worked great for me.

St John's wort also worked for me

Thanks for your advice. I can't take those, unfortunately, as I am already on ads.

I'm normally ok but school holidays have pushed me over the edge - stressed out teen with mocks coming up!

Cbd oil? It’s a minefield finding a good one but can really take the edge of anxiety.

Is that legal now?

Cbd oil has the thc removed which is the chemical that provides the high. It is entirely legal although I would not be travelling to Egypt or Dubai and the like with it! It is not cannabis oil which still contains levels of thc but can only be obtained legally by prescription in special circumstances.

I occasionally take lemon balm when I can't tolerate my insomnia.
The instructions suggest a dosage for anxiety as well as insomnia.
I get a good night's sleep and feel nicely chilled the next day.
I get mine from Zenstra, but you can get generics from Holland and Barratt and similar shops.
