Mind - elefriends online support

Has anyone else used elefriends for mental health support online?
I have been a long-term user of the site and found it to be valuable as I often cannot share openly how I really feel in the “physical “ world.
To my dismay I was suddenly suspended as apparently I had posted unsafe content. I’m totally at loss as to what this refers to because I never posted anything explicit and was always mindful of not to trigger others.
Has anyone else had similar experiences/knows how long these suspensions last?
I find it astonishing that Mind who host and moderate the site don’t seem to understand that rejection and silencing are major triggers for relapse to many with mental health issues.

The only thing I can thinknodnianthat you may have inadvertently referenced self harm or suicide.

Did they say which post? Can you message them? Seems unfair to ban you without referencing your actual comment or comments that for you kicked off.

I was in a bad place and sought support at the time and posted quite frequently. I suspect that might have wound up someone who kept reporting my posts.
The only explanation for suspension I was told was, that my post had unsafe content. I never once mentioned self-harm or suicide.
I had a number of posts removed but had no warning that I was about to be “ kicked off “.
In fact I saw many far more unsafe and triggering posts than mine often.
I feel like I have fallen victim to someone else’s silly and immature online behaviour.
