I get bouts of low level depression and anxiety. I find walking helps . However for the last few weeks I haven't really had the mojo to actually go bar the odd day my friend asks me .
So I need to just do it . 30 mins a day . Not just for head space but for high BP and cholesterol. I looked at the 1000km challenge for 2019 but it's too late and I'm not up for huge exercise goal . To walk every day for 1 week would be super for me so that's my first aim then a month .
Anyone else interested ?
