Hi there,
I am undertaking a study to explore how organizations can support young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) at work. Your input will be of great value to this study, which I see as an opportunity to work together to contribute valuable insight to further awareness of ASD in the workplace.
The next step would be to arrange a telephone discussion with you to provide an overview of the research project, allow you to ask any questions, and then to arrange a mutually convenient time to interview you over the coming weeks. Please note thatall interviews of this nature are required to meet the standards set out by the British Psychological Society’s (BPS) Ethical Code (www.bps.org.uk/news-and-policy/bps-code-ethics-and-conduct). Therefore, please be assured that your interview will meet the conditions of strict confidentiality and anything you say during the interview will be non-attributable, unless you specifically request that you wish to be mentioned. Interviews are informal, will last approximately 60 minutes and your experience and views are fully welcome.
Finally, I would like to add that once the research has been graded by Birkbeck, you are welcome to review a summary of the research findings.
I look forward to your reply.
Kind regards,
Evete
