I am trying to work on my worries.

I am on medication.

It's like I have to have a situation to worry about, so I tend to worry that people are meeting up without me and I'm missing out.

Could REALLY do with some logic as I feel insecure as hell about friendships without any viable reason really for doing so.

All advice welcome.

Could just do with some help rationalising things.

The worry train is always on in the background for me. I think I've just zoned out from it. Distraction is good. Give your brain something to do that is absorbing. The other technique which I always use is to look at the evidence - for and against what I think is true. Also, if it's true is it that bad / what's the worst that can happen/ what can I do about it. Or think about how someone I know or a friend would view it. It may also be that you have crap friends and it's time to find new ones Smile
