Anxiety but on antidepressants

I'm looking for some advice I've been on sertraline for about 7 years and they do work. However due to things going on in my life at the moment my anxiety is through the roof.
I also have a condition that is made worse by stress and anxiety, I just can't seem to switch it off.
I would hate to think what I'd be like if I didn't have the sertraline but I'm not sure how to manage my anxiety as it is now.
I need to be focused and calm to deal with what's happening at the moment but my mind is just racing.
I used to use herbal remedies before I was on sertraline. I'm not sure if I can take these as well as my sertraline, I know St John's wart isn't to be taken along side sertraline.
Is there any other options out there? .

I would go back to the doctor and ask for the dose to be put up, I have just been last week to do the same thing as my anxiety came back with a vengeance. The doctor was really nice about it and sertraline works for both depression and anxiety. Hope you get the help you need x

I take sertraline for anxiety, what’s your dosage at the moment? I’d see the GP, they can give you the best help
