Panic attack

I had a panic attack at work yesterday. That's all really, it stopped when I came away from the stressful situation I was in and I was able to carry on with my normal work. I have been feeling more and more anxious the last few months and don't know what to do.

If it’s interfering with your life then I would chat to your GP

What would they do though? I'm starting yoga again as I think it might help, and I try to do something each day that is kind to me. Being a busy working mum and always having something to do for someone is getting to me.

Mindfulness can help. They can prescribe CBT. Meds May help. Lots of things.

Okay. Thanks for replying. I'll look into mindfulness and if that and the yoga doesn't help I'll make an appointment with the dr x
