I believe so, but also if you need someone to talk to you can email [email protected] at any time.

Most private counsellors do either online or Skype, but chose a bacp counsellor. Check out bacp.co.uk

I'm my area you can self refer to NHS telephone counselling if that's any help. It's called Time to Talk.

Thank you very much. I don't think I could do telephone. I'd like to see someone I've seen before but I don't know if I can. I think she said I could self refer but I don't know.

Email them and ask!

I've found the email and have moved it to the top of my inbox. I'm going to try again to get a doctors appointment so I'll what happens there. I need to see someone re a physical issue anyway.

I have tried it but it didn't help and actually people are right when they say it's the relationship with the therapist that counts and being able to say things to them that you wouldn't be able to say to anyone else. Online made it impersonal and I was just talking about any old shit.
