Does anyone use a mood tracking app?

This was recommended by someone at a mental health and autism event I went to a couple of months ago (my dc have autism). But I’m wondering if it would help me.
I has to leave work and come home yesterday as I just couldn’t stop crying. Have been feeling down quite a bit recently but thought I was coping until I wasn’t iyswim. Maybe if I can see a trend I’ll be able to do something to prevent it getting so bad next time.

I use Daylio and it does help you identify trends and correlate certain activities to certain moods.

Thank you snap
I have noticed already that I feel better after exercise. No surprises really just need to prioritise it more and see if it helps me feel better overall not just for 10 mins afterwards.
