Yes, I did when my DD was eight months old, it was horrendous I just cried and felt overwhelmed. I also had very low vitamin D but after a few weeks on supplements, CBT and anti depressants I felt much better. Go to your GP it can happen any time during the first year and left untreated can drag on for years. Good luck and big hugs.

ow poor you, it's horrendous, but will get better! I was diagnosed 24 months after birth. Don't be like me, speak to your GP/HV and get help, it'll be ok.

You aren't, you are ill, and you can get better.
