Citalopram

Has anyone had 'Funny turns' on citalopram which are brought on by smells.....it makes you go cold down your back and arms

Hi, I've been on 10mg for 5 weeks...it's not something I've experienced...and I purposely haven't read the side effects! Have you read them? Sorry I'm not much help!

They didn't give me the cold feeling but a weird smell seemed to be trapped in my nose. I hated them and come off them. But the smell was odd. It wasn't something I could put my finger on either. It was weird.

Going back to Doctors tomorrow......It happened a lot when I was on it before but no-one knew what it was or found out even....I've had to go back on it because it is the only one that works for me even though I get this horrible side effect.....
