Citalopram to sertine

Was started on citalopram 20mg about 2 months ago for PND have felt it wasn't making any difference to my mood so doctor has prescribed me sertaline 50mg she told me to just start taking it tomorrow instead of citalopram, has anyone else done this and suffered bad side effects? Freaking myself out about swapping over in case my body doesn't agree Hmm

Yes me
Didn’t get on with citalopram. After one year I Switched to sertraline - no side effects whatsoever
I was on sertraline for 4 years and tapered off slowly. Off meds now.
Worked wonders for me.
