Hello ladies,
Just a post to ask about sleeping routines.i am a mom to two children aged 5 and 10 and currently dealing with anxiety ...well ive managed to reduce my anxiety a loooot thankfully but for the last couple days I've been really sleep deprived ( my eldest wont go to sleep on time at all ) make a scene every night and end up in my bed ( double bed) and i end up with a broken back and night.I know anxiety drains you of your energy anyways but i swear the lack of sleep is killing me slowly
I am self employed and it doesn't help that i have 0 energy left .My period is due this week so my anxiety levels are rising anyways but the tiredness omg its hard...Can anyone relate
