HELP! Sertraline

Hi all,
I’m currently on day 6 of taking Sertraline for my anxiety but the side effects are awful I constantly feel drunk I’m shaking uncontrollably I feel awfully sick I have insomnia and light headed the only side effect I actually like is the complete loss of appetite I can’t even drink a full cup of tea anymore which is going to be fab for my weight loss lol.
Has anyone else experienced these side effects or know how long they will last as right now I don’t even feel safe to drive my children to and from school.

I had almost the exact same side effects apart from it made me incredibly tired yet wide awake when i tried to sleep at night (i was taking it in the morning). They lasted about a week and a half before dying down. I also started taking them at night which helped me a little. Good luck and hope it all passes soon.
