Hi all,

I'm having a low day so thought I would share all the things which help me get through them. Feel free to add yours on, maybe they will help others :)

I got a diary for Xmas that was by dawn French and one of her new year's resolutions was that she needs to remind herself that it's ok to not be ok. I like to say this to myself a lot when I'm down. It is just a period of depression, it will lift, life can be good again. It's also ok to cry, shut yourself away and wallow sometimes.
