I'm really struggling this morning. I feel so very frustrated that I can't seem to cope with the tasks I need to do day to day.
I had a moment of clarity and decided that I do actually have a lot going on, and in order to cope I need to enable myself to be able to cope.
I'm an accountant and so I thought I'd write it down in a Balance Sheet format as it seems logical. I think it will help me. I'm going to revisit it each week.

I have tons more mechanisms to cope than I can 'see' when I'm feeling overwhelmed. I know some of them sound childish.
