Could you ask your GP to review your meds? They might need a tweak x

Sistersister7 · 04/02/2019 19:30

Thank you BifsWif. I had them reviewed last year and after trial and error these are the ones that work best for me. I just hate these wee phases, it's horrible and I feel
Like I'm bringing everyone around me down so just shit myself away. Going to try and get out a walk myself tonight, and maybe try some colouring in. Do you ever feel
Like this?

Yep, just coming out of one of these phases that has been on and off since November. I wonder if it’s the weather and dark nights not helping, my anxiety has been worse than it’s ever been recently.

A walk sounds like a good idea, do you have any support in real life?

Sistersister7 · 04/02/2019 20:01

I do, but I don't like to burden them though. I do have a great support network in all honesty, which does help but I know I've just got to ride this out and let it pass. I've taken a day off next week to have some time to myself. That's great you're feeling better Smile
Maybe it is there miserable nights, I'm
Thinking about ordering a SAD light (I'll honestly try anything to get better). Have you got one?

I doubt they’d think you were a burden. Smile

No I don’t but I’ve been looking at them today! I’ve started taking Vitamin D and magnesium so I’m hoping that will help, it’s shit isn’t it?

I’m off next week and I can’t wait, do you have anything nice planned?

Sistersister7 · 04/02/2019 21:33

Oh a week off sounds lovely! My mother in law is looking after my wee boy and my husband is at work, so
I'm just looking forward to having a bit of me time without having to to pick up etc! What's your plans? I've just been a wee walk and feel loads better, going for a bath now and think I'm going to order one of those lamps lol. Got a salt lamp somewhere but think it's in the loft lol x

My week off is much the same - children at school and husband at work so I’m planning on reading, sleeping, catching up with TV and maybe going to the gym. Just some time for me.

Glad your walk helped, hope you’re feeling a little bit better today x
