Hi, I didn't want to read and run... just wanted to say I'm sorry you're feeling this way... I have a similar issue taking ssris and have struggled in the past getting used to/coming off of citalpram and sertraline. I'm also on the same beta blocker as you.

Personally I found 5HTP in a stronger dose (Amazon sell various ones) did help me. They also helped my friend when he was weaning off ambien and suffering withdrawal effects.

There's also a herbal supplement called Ashwangada (definitely spelt that wrong-sorry!!) which helps me sleep at night and I'd definitely recommend you give a try.

Again, I'm sorry you're feeling this way. I know how crippling anxiety can be. Chin up love and DM me if you want to ask anything else in case I can help. 🙂

Aww thanks for replying , yes I can't even get passed the first day with antidepressants I just can't handle it at all , mainly becouse my head does over time and I work myself up too much it's awful , anxiety is completely ruling my life and I can't even do simple every day things it's so frustrating and upsetting , I really want to try the 5htp but I'm even worried sick over them , it took me long enough to try the propranolol xxxx

I'm so sorry, just keep taking each day as it comes and try not to sweat the small stuff where possible. Thanks

Just from my experience, I didn't/haven't felt any negative side effects from 5HTP and my friend didn't also, so if I were you I'd definitely just go for it. X
