Sertraline different brand - will it make a difference?

Started taking sertraline 3 weeks ago. Just picked up a repeat prescription and it is a different brand. Will it make a difference? Was on accord now got medreich.

No it won't make any difference, it will be exactly the same thing (think nurofen vs tesco own brand ibuprofen). The manufacturers have to prove the are equivalent before they can sell them.

It'll be fine, I often get mixed brands. The active ingredients are the same.
