Hello guys
Tonight I'm having horrible thoughts - after a day spent asleep, trying to escape horrible thoughts. Sigh. Anyway, I'm currently messing around on the internet, looking up unhelpful things AND helpful things, and I found this site (via the Mind website) which I thought I'd post here in case it helps anyone else - www.pixelthoughts.co, which is a little meditation.
Anyway, it helped me a little bit, so I'm going to go to bed now. I might call the GP when I wake up.
