weird vision - sertraline side effect or anxiety?

I'm on my fifth day of taking Sertraline 50mg for what the dr described as 'stress induced anxiety'. I've had the usual side effects - nausea, tiredness. feeling spaced out - but today when I picked DS2 up from school I felt as if my vision was closing in when I spoke to people. It didn't happen when I was driving ( thank god!) but happened again when I got out of the car at home. Is this a side effect of the drug? Or an anxiety symptom?

I was having it before I started sertraline from my anxiety but it got worse when I started the meds. Am 8 weeks on them now and it's started to get better. Xx

Could be a side effect. I had a weird thing with my peripheral vision when on citalopram.

Thanks - it’s oddly reassuring to know that other people have had the same thing.
