Feeling overwhelmed

Life is hard at the moment and I am finding it very difficult to deal with just every day stuff. 14 year old dd has an operation later this week that is adding to my stress levels, and it's hard to keep putting a brave face on it for her sake. She has enough on her plate without me adding to it. She is dealing with her health situation admirably.
I've had respiratory issues for over a year now (detailed on another thread) which mean my activity levels have been severely curtailed. Walking is OK but anything else is beyond me. I've started getting severe headaches on my left temple, which I suspect are stress related. My ibs has flared up so I often have digestive problems and a sense of urgency to get to the toilet. That presses on my bladder, making the need to urinate urgent too. I get very tired but struggle to sleep, often waking in the early hours of the morning.
My old go to relaxation techniques are not very effective these days. Exercise is difficult, and being mindful of breathing is hard when I can't breathe properly or take a deep breath in most of the time.
Sorry this is so long, thanks for reading.
