Long-term citalopram and dizziness

Hi, I have been taking citalopram for a couple of years now, though at a vv low dose - around 5-10 mg per day. GP is happy with me taking 10mg.

I notice if I forget my half tablet for a couple of days I start to get "withdrawaly" head spins (which I remember from coming off it a few years ago). But just recently the feeling seems to be there a lot of the time. I break the tablets and do not take 100% regularly and realise one issue may be the slightly fluctuating dose - but taking a bit more doesn't seem to fix it the way it always has in the past.

I am just wondering if anyone else has experienced anything similar?

( Otherwise this dose seems to suit me well - keeps the 'horrors' at bay without really affecting much else. I try to stay on a minimal dose if possible because at 10 years post menopause I could REALLY do without the podge that cit seems to pile round my middle :( )
