I am looking into counselling as I am going through a bad time. I have self referred myself on NHS but came across this website and it looks quite good but expensive. £90 for a month. Has anyone used this?

Hi, no I haven't used it, but just looked at the website and it looks quite good!
They seem to use some cognitive behavioural therapy which I've used from books & it's been great for me.
Give it a go! Especially with the long NHS waiting lists!! That's why I ended up helping myself with books.

The books I've used are 'The New Mood Therapy' Dr David Burns & his other book '10 Days to Self Esteem', which is a workbook, really helpful as you can easily photocopy the tests & exercises.
