antidepressants & period

hello!
I've recently began taking antidepressants- was on 50/75mg of sertraline but that made me manic and actively suicidal. now on 15mg of mirtazapine (on day two...)
my period is now 13 days late- way too anxious to take a pregnancy test this early (had unprotected sex with my ex in december) (as I am in mixed minds about it) but GP said she hadn't heard of sertraline affecting periods that early on.
my period has been pretty regular the past year and a half after not being on birth control so very anxious.
just curious as to if anyone else had those kinds of symptoms?

I’ve been on various antidepressants including sertraline for over 10 years. Never experienced anything like this. You need to do a pregnancy test

also forgot to mention that about a week ago, had pretty consistent cramping for about ten days off/on.

just super anxious about it. i know depression can cause irregular periods, but as i've said before they haven't been irregular for awhile. also, him being my ex that makes things even more complicated.

Stress does mine in. Any kind of persistent worry and they're the first thing to go. Since I have anxiety, I quite regularly skip months.
