I have been on 30mg of Mirtazipine & 50mg of Quetiapine since June 2018. I’ve struggled with many other medications but these have finally seem to have helped me. But my periods have gone all over the place. Sometimes I bleed heavy for weeks then spotting then nothing. Has anyone else has this issue with these medications ??
