Citalipram in pregnancy

Just wondering if anyone has taken citalipram in pregnancy and then breastfeeding after?
I have had pretty severe PND since my middle boy was born 14 months ago and found that when I started taking citalipram I started to feel better. I fell pregnant again last year and when speaking to my GP about my medication he felt strongly that I should change to amytriptaline as this was a lot better for baby through pregnancy and breastfeeding.
This is great as I want what is best for baby, however I feel like it does absolutely nothing for me at all, my mood is so low it's starting to affect the bond I have with my unborn baby, am worried if I carry on I will end up back in a very dark place. My midwife said she sees a lot of women who are taking citalipram and is bemused about my medication change, has anyone here taken citalipram and everything been ok? I want to look after my baby so much but I need to look after myself more to be able to do that too
