it does get better

might take a long time, but it does

ADs do help, if you had any physical illness , you;d take meds, so why not for this?
i;ve been there

and i came through

Hi there,
Any chance you may want to try a different AD? I hated the idea of Ad's and still do at some level.... but I finally found something that doesn't make me feel drugged and it is really helping!
How is your relationship with your GP?

TnOgu · 29/06/2007 07:39

Wurly - I'm going to reiterate what Lulu has posted.

You feel so desperate now, but I can honestly say that with the right help and support, things will improve.

It seems like everything is so dark, bleak and hopeless, and that there is no light at the end of the tunnel, but, truly there is.

Please don't feel alone because you're not.

You will find a way through.

wurlywurly · 29/06/2007 09:31

i just dont have the energy to fight it anymore

At the moment you are engulfed by your depression - this is perhaps your lowest ebb.

I don't know all the in's and ou'ts of your situation, and I certainly don't have any answers, but I do know when I hit rock bottom the only things that helped me were medication, the ability to talk openly and honestly to caring people, and lastly, time to heal.

You have to get help for this Wurly

It will get better.
