Anyone else have this joy of a diagnosis?
What treatment are you having out of interest?

Yes I do. Currently having weekly sessions with a clinical psychologist specialising in trauma which is very hard but I think will help long term. Have had lots of therapy previously but not specifically from a trauma specialist. Have been on citalopram for about five years. I am very fortunate to get a lot of support from DH.

I'm diagnosed with PTSD and a few other things but think I now have C-PTSD

I'm starting counselling this week with someone who specialises in trauma for the first time. Had lots of counselling but nothing specialist.

How does it effect you? Are you on any meds? X
