I'm so sorry for your loss, sending you hugs.

Stay strong.
What would she say to this? I'm sure she'd tell you it's a silly idea and it doesn't help anyone, suicide.
Please try to find a grief counsellor if you can. Are there any friends/ family who can support you? I wish I could help x

And they will

Hello purplepigs, we're really sorry to hear you're feeling this way.

We hope you don't mind, but when these threads are flagged up to us we usually add a link to our Mental Health resources. There are lots of organisations listed which can give you some support at this difficult time. You can also go to the Samaritans website, or email them on [email protected], or call them free, any time from any phone, on 116 123.

Support from other Mumsnetters is great and we really hope you will be able to take some comfort from your fellow posters, but as other MNers will tell you, it's really a good idea to seek real life help and support as well.

We also like to remind everyone that, although we're awed daily by the astonishing support our members give each other through life's trickier twists and turns, we'd always caution anyone never to give more of themselves to another poster, emotionally or financially, than they can afford to spare.

Sending good wishes, OP. Flowers

Hi everyone. I am back. I have read the posts and have also read some stuff around mental health awareness. I have for family and friends but I am really worried about telling them how I feel as they won't leave me alone and they will think I need watching all of the time and I don't
